The included hitch pin attaches the mount post to the lower section. A second 5/8" hitch pin is required to attach the Spare Tire Mount to your vehicle and can be purchased at a discounted price as an optional add-on.
The included U-4045 Hitch Stabilizer can optionally be installed to eliminate wobble between the lower section and the mount post but prevents toolless removal and reinstallation of the mount post. A second Stabilizer to eliminate play between the lower section and the vehicle receiver hitch can be purchased at a discounted price as an optional add-on. The included 3/8" fasteners will accommodate most wheels, but some wheels may require the separate purchase of longer bolts.
