To add muscle to the design, a sturdy 18mm hardened chrome piston rod is utilized. For ideal bump stop engagement that mirrors the adjustable ride heights, we also use a progressive rate polymer, open-cell, bump stop, and packers. They work together harmoniously, so you do not feel harshness when driving over speed bumps or rough roads. When traveling on imperfect ground, it can also be annoying to feel or hear rattles or vibrations. We correct this common issue by using double-wall high durometer vulcanized rubber bushings.
